We want to create a positive shopping experience at MOMNI. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please read and follow the return policy to process your return or exchange.
- All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the shipment date.
- Sale items, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, hats and lingerie are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and all tags must be attached.
- Only returns that have been approved by MOMNI will be accepted. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet all return requirements.
- In the event your returned item gets lost, stolen or damaged, MOMNI will not be responsible for any reimbursement.

- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of delivery. MOMNI will send an email confirmation when your return has been received.
- Please email your return request at email@example.com. Once your order is reviewed and approved, we will issue you a Return Authoriziation (RA) number. Any return that is received without an RA will be refused.
- Once we have received and reviewed your returned item(s), you will receive an email notification.
